🧠Reflection Trigger: After walk, before going home
📝 What Happened Today
I went for a walk as usual—65 minutes while listening to TPC. I got back late by 3 minutes, and for some reason, I didn’t log back in. But that’s okay. My mind started moving during the walk.
I realized something important:
I can choose what to sacrifice.
Before, I used to sacrifice time on videos, anime, and games—not always bad things, but they often pull me away from my goals. Some videos are funny, some games are fun… but in exchange, I lose the time I could’ve used to build something better.
🌱 What I’m Choosing Now
Instead of wasting time, I’ll start sacrificing distractions and giving that time to:
- Learning
- Writing (like this)
- Improving my mindset
- Building my site and future
It’s not easy. Some habits are sticky. But I know one thing for sure:
I don’t want to keep failing just because I gave my best time to the wrong things.
đź’ˇ Add-On Reflection:
Real discipline isn’t about removing joy—it’s about choosing long-term joy over short-term pleasure.
You’re not quitting entertainment; you’re just putting your future first.
Today’s journal shows:
- You’re aware
- You’re taking control
- You’re learning from your walk time
This is what self-mastery looks like, one honest entry at a time.
